On Saturday, March 28, 2015, beginning at 9:00 PM to approximately 8:00 AM EST Sunday, Enclara Pharmacia's Secure Client Access (formerly Xeris) will be temporarily unavailable. During this time, all HP Online tools will be inaccessible, including patient profile access and all reporting tools. Enclara Pharmacia's on-call staff will have limited access to patient-related data and will be available to support callers.
This routine system downtime is scheduled to allow HP to perform required maintenance and system updates.
For urgent needs, a seven day supply of ALL MUG medications can be obtained at a local network pharmacy without calling HP for medication profiling or claims overrides. Please contact HP during regular business hours to update patient profiles and to request needed maintenance supplies of medications accessed locally during the system downtime.
